It includes the process of collection of trade receivables of foreign or Turkish individuals and companies in Turkey, providing collection through execution proceedings, arbitration and litigation; fulfillment through the enforcement of the court decision in Turkey and performing services of necessary legal procedures for the collection of all kinds of negotiable instruments such as checks, notes and stocks in Turkey. Suspension and follow-up of the execution proceedings filed against the client and representing the client in the related lawsuits are also included.
